This document and the other documents that we reference below make up our house rules, or what we officially call our Terms of Use (the “Terms” for short).

Terms are a legally binding contract between you and Witchsy, LLC..

This contract sets out your rights and responsibilities when you use the services provided by Witchsy(we’ll refer to our website, mobile apps and other services as our “Services”), so please read it carefully. By using any of our Services (even just browsing our website), you’re agreeing to the Terms. 

 

1. Don't be a jerk.

Our sellers are hand selected and each item is a piece of art. Don't like it? Too bad. Just because it doesn't suit you doesn't mean it isn't valid. For our sellers we expect the same level of respect to be extended to anyone that is looking to purchase. Witchsy is a community environment to support artists and artist supporters. If you violate this we absolutely reserve the right to close your account and refund your purchases/orders. We have a zero tolerance policy for rudeness, racism, harassment, homophobia, transphobia, sexism and anything that upsets Kate or Penelope. So just don't even try it. 

2. Your Info is Safe

We collect information and do not give this out to third parties without your consent. Consent is a beautiful thing like that. We will only send out information relating to your account, orders and promotions. You have every right to remove yourself from our mailing list at any time. You are free. If you want more details about how your info is used, go to our privacy policy and review more detailed information there.

3. Disputes and Issues

Any disputes or transaction issues you have with sellers or issues with shipping need to first be attempted to be resolved by you and the seller or you and the shipping provider. All artists are selling you items directly. Witchsy does not maintain your items.

The artist is the first person to connect with in these situations.

You can contact a seller directly by going to their artist page and clicking Message the Artist. Artists are usually the best route for getting help or providing assistance with reshipment (or any order questions). If you are unable to contact or resolve a situation please contact support@witchsy.com with all current details and we will begin assisting you with your problem. 

Requests and order issues submitted directly to us are honored on a case by case basis... Please note: if you have not attempted to contact the artist, this will be the first thing we tell you to do.

For issues with shipping please work with the shipping provider directly.
