Where is my Order?
Please note that each artist ships their orders directly to you. You can access your orders by going to http://www.witchsy.com/orders/

Why Am I Being Charged $x For Shipping?
All of our artists ship directly from their location. These rates are set by USPS or the artist directly. If you order from multiple artists you will be paying shipping for each of them.  

I Order Several Items and Have Only Recieved x So Far 

All of our artists are shipping to you directly from their location. Ship times will vary from artist to artist based on their location and yours. Please make sure to check your tracking information or contact the artist directly for an update. I Still Have Some Questions About An Item/Order(s)

Please contact the artist directly that you have a question about. You can message them by going to their artist page and selecting the CONTACT THE ARTIST box underneath their name.

We highly recommend you create an account so that you can track your correspondences. You will get notifications of responses so please be on the lookout for emails from hi[@]witchsy[.]com (make sure it's on your safe to send list!)

Please take a screen shot of the error you are seeing. Please include as much information as possible, such as: Your shipping address, the artist or item you are seeing the issue, a page link, etc. Send this information to us at support [@] witchsy [.]com and we will help you resolve this.

I sent a message on the site and it's been a while since I've gotten a response. What gives? 
If you are contacting an artist an not receiving a reply, please attempt to contact them again. If you are emailing over the weekend/after hours you should plan to wait until the next business day. If you are unable to get a response please contact us support [@] witchsy [.]com
